We’re happy to offer the option to pre-order new styles that are not yet available to ship. The estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product description page. These products are susceptible to unforeseen additional shipping or processing delays, so we unfortunately cannot guarantee dates for these items. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. You’ll get an email from our customer service team if there are any issues with your order.

Gift with Purchase
All orders of $150 or more purchased on February 28th 12.01AM EST through March 3rd 11.59PM EST (or while supplies last) will receive a limited edition Betty Pouch. Gift will be added automatically in checkout and can only be shipped to the same destination as your order. Limit one per order. A $50.00 retail value and may not be returned or exchanged for monetary value. For international orders additional duties and taxes may apply based on the actual value of the gift with purchase. Price Adjustments and Price Matching
We know what it’s like to buy something and see it marked down a second later. So we adjust the price of a previously purchased item (once) if it was marked down within seven days of the original purchase date.

Our website reflects exactly what we’ve got stored in our inventory. You are always welcome to contact our Customer Service team to double check, see if it’s available at one of our retail stores, or re-stocking probability.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Paypal, and Affirm. We only charge you after your order ships—please only click “Place Order” button one time to avoid multiple authorizations.
Did you just place an order and are already seeing a charge on your bank account? That’s what we call an “authorization.” This is common bank practice that ensures you have sufficient funds and verifies account authenticity. Depending on your bank, the authorization usually clears within 48 – 72 hours. If you need to speed up that process, contact your credit card’s issuing bank.
If an error message appeared after you click “Place Order,” then there may be an issue with the billing and/or shipping information entered. Double check—even triple check—that the billing information you entered during checkout is an exact match to the information your credit card provider has on file. This information includes cardholder’s name as it appears on card, billing address, credit card number, expiration date, and CSV code.
By the way: We ship to any address you indicate except for P.O. Boxes. If your billing address is different from the shipping address, make sure you’ve entered these correctly.

Our gift cards may be used on merchandise at any Rebecca Minkoff retail store in the United States or on rebeccaminkoff.com. They can be any amount up to $500 and cannot be purchased at a discount. Sales tax will not be applied to the purchase of gift cards, but it will be applied to the purchase being paid for by gift card. Our gift cards are available to U.S. customers only at this time. Also good to know: our gift cards have no expiration date, service charges, or dormancy fees. They’re non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law). Apologies if you’ve misplaced or had your gift card stolen—unfortunately we can’t replace it. We also reserve the right to change, amend or terminate the Terms and Conditions of our gift card program at any time with or without notice in our sole discretion.
