Domestic Returns

We’re sorry your order didn’t work out. To make up for it, we offer free returns on all U.S. orders—just use the included pre-paid UPS return label in your package or visit one of our retail locations for in-person assistance. In order to receive a full refund, the merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery with your return form and in the exact condition in which it was received. Please allow up to seven business days from the time we receive your return for your refund to be processed to the original form of payment. Once it has, you’ll receive one email from a Rebecca Minkoff customer care associate confirming your refund. Your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.

At this time, we do not accept exchanges. If you need a different color, item or size, we recommend returning the item for a refund, and re-ordering your preferred style online immediately to avoid the item becoming sold out.

International Return Policy

We’re sorry your order did not work out. While we welcome your return, we unfortunately do not cover the cost for international return shipping. To receive a refund, the merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery in the exact condition in which it was shipped along with your return form. If you placed an order within the U.S. and did not receive a return label or need a replacement, please email customercare@rebeccaminkoff.com to request a pre-paid return label.

Tracking My Return

You’ll get an email from a Rebecca Minkoff customer care associate confirming your refund. This can take up to seven business days after we receive your package. Please allow your financial institution up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.

Refunds

After we receive a return, it typically takes between five and seven days for us to process your refund. Refunds are administered to the original form of payment. And it can take an additional 10 business days for your financial institution to post this to your account.

Exceptions

Incomplete or Incorrect Order

There are exceptions to every rule. For example, if you received a damaged or incorrect item, that’s on us. Email customercare@rebeccaminkoff.com with a photo, as well as your order number and we’ll get that taken care of as soon as possible.

Authenticity

Rebeccaminkoff.com is the only authorized online ecommerce site of authentic Rebecca Minkoff products. Any variation of the Rebecca Minkoff domain name is not affiliated with Rebecca Minkoff, and the authenticity of the products on such ecommerce site cannot be confirmed. Just because it has the words “Rebecca Minkoff” in the domain name doesn’t mean you’ll get legitimate Rebecca Minkoff products or any products at all. If it’s too good to be true, it probably is.

Where can you buy authentic Rebecca Minkoff products? Authentic Rebecca Minkoff products can be found in our Rebecca Minkoff retail stores, rebeccaminkoff.com, and select department and specialty stores.

Warranty

Rebecca Minkoff stands behind its merchandise with a one-year warranty on products purchased from an Authorized Full-Price Retailer. That said, things happen and we are more than happy to handle complimentary repairs for issues resulting from company-acknowledged/approved manufacturing defects within this one-year period. Please note that our repair warranty does not cover general wear and tear, handbag restoration, or defects that happen on merchandise produced over one year ago. Repair inquiries should be directed to repairs@rebeccaminkoff.com with photos of the damage and your order number or proof of purchase. Take note: the typical turnaround time for repairs is approximately four or five weeks. Once your request is received, our customer service team will be in contact within two business days with information on how to send your merchandise back to us for repair. If general wear and tear has diminished a handbag’s appearance, we suggest visiting a reputable leather care professional to give your bags a spa day.
